Press Release Summary: Saint Joseph Health System selects Critical careTrends as the
standard for Hemodynamic Monitoring Interface to Clinical Information System.

Press Release Body: San Mateo, California- February 6, 2008- Sensitron, Inc.
announced Saint Joseph's Health System (SJHS) of Orange, CA's decision to implement
the Critical careTrendsT system as the standard for its Hemodynamic Monitoring
Interface. "We are very happy that our Critical careTrends SystemT has been chosen
as the standard by Saint Joseph Health, which has a reputation as a forward looking
organization that embraces new technology to improve patient care," stated Rajiv
Jaluria, CEO of Sensitron.

Critical careTrendsT interfaces the Hemodynamic Monitors to Meditech, the standard
Clinical Information System within SJHS. Currently, Critical careTrendsT has been
deployed at two of the SJHS hospitals where Philips Merlin, Philips Intellivue and
GE Solar monitors have been interfaced to Meditech. Also, ventilators are interfaced
to CIS, through the ICU monitors. As the other hospitals complete the installation
of Meditech CIS, they will use Critical careTrendsT as the Hemodynamic Monitoring
Interface.

"We have enjoyed a very good working relationship with Sensitron and are pleased to
approve Critical careTrendsT as the standard for our health system. Partnering with
Sensitron, we have successfully interfaced disparate ICU systems to our Clinical
Information System, providing increased efficiency and significantly improving
patient care," said Michelle Woodley, Assistant VP of Clinical Integration at SJHS.
